Position - Field Service Engineer

Base Location - Hyderabad

Products- Commercial Laundry & Kitchen Equipment

Key Responsibilities

1. Attend breakdown calls at various customer sites promptly and efficiently.

2. Carry out preventive maintenance visits at customer sites as per schedule.

3. Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.

4. Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

5. Prepare and submit timely, accurate, and detailed service reports.

6. Operate company vehicles safely and make effective use of field automation systems.

7. Adhere to all company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational protocols.

8. Collaborate with the technical team and share relevant information to support organizational goals.

9. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or briefings.

10. Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust.
