✓ Installation & commissioning, warranty services, post warranty services, Operators training, Documentation of machine health & calls etc.
✓ Trouble shooting.
✓ Attending to complaints in shortest time & closing them
✓For a team leader, need to know how to train the subordinates.
✓Identifying the need for self-training to enhance the skills & technics.
✓Understanding engineering part drawings/ manuals & technical documents.
✓Sharing feedback on complaint diagnosed at site, Liaise with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Technical, Manufacturing, PPC & Customer care team) to identify system to permanently plug the issues, upgrade method/ requirements and escalate to senior management team to find / design zero error system.
