VC सर्विस एग्जीक्यूटिव (Vehicle Care Executive)

कार्य स्थान:

नौकरी के बारे में :

इस भूमिका में आपका मुख्य काम Veelo की इलेक्ट्रिक स्कूटर/बाइक को अच्छी स्थिति में रखना है। आपको गाड़ियों की जांच, सर्विसिंग, मरम्मत, पार्ट्स बदलना और सिस्टम में जानकारी अपडेट करनी होगी। साथ ही ग्राहकों को वाहन और बैटरी के सही उपयोग के बारे में बताना होगा।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां :

1. वाहन जांच और सर्विसिंग

नई गाड़ियों की जांच करके उन्हें उपयोग के लिए तैयार करना।
समय पर नियमित सर्विसिंग करना।
सुनिश्चित करना कि सभी गाड़ियां सुरक्षित और चलने योग्य हों।
ग्राहकों को वाहन और बैटरी के सही उपयोग की जानकारी देना।
मोबाइल ऐप/सिस्टम में वाहन की स्थिति अपडेट करना (Ready / Under Repair)।

2. वाहन मरम्मत

खराब या दुर्घटनाग्रस्त गाड़ी की जांच करना।
मरम्मत का अनुमान (Estimate) बनाकर Supervisor से मंजूरी लेना।
मंजूर किए गए काम के अनुसार मरम्मत करना।
मरम्मत पूरी होने पर Supervisor और ग्राहक को जानकारी देना।

3. वारंटी पार्ट्स का काम

ऐसे खराब पार्ट्स पहचानना जो वारंटी में बदले जा सकते हों।
Supervisor को जानकारी देना।
मंजूरी मिलने के बाद वारंटी वाले पार्ट्स बदलना।

4. स्पेयर पार्ट्स का रिकॉर्ड

मरम्मत में इस्तेमाल हुए सभी पार्ट्स का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
स्टॉक खत्म होने से पहले Supervisor को बताना।
यह सुनिश्चित करना कि पार्ट्स की कमी से मरम्मत का काम न रुके।

रोज़ का काम

वाहन प्राप्त करना और जांच करना।
खराबी की जांच करके Estimate बनाना।
Supervisor से मंजूरी लेना।
मरम्मत करना और इस्तेमाल किए गए पार्ट्स दर्ज करना।
वारंटी वाले पार्ट्स की जांच करना।
सिस्टम में वाहन की स्थिति अपडेट करना।
दिन के अंत में पार्ट्स उपयोग की रिपोर्ट देना।

आवश्यक योग्यता

तकनीकी कौशल

टू-व्हीलर मैकेनिक का अनुभव।
EV (Electric Vehicle) का अनुभव हो तो बेहतर।
मोबाइल फोन और ऐप का सामान्य उपयोग आना चाहिए।

व्यवहार और संचार

WhatsApp का उपयोग करना आना चाहिए।
ग्राहकों से अच्छे व्यवहार से बात करना।
समस्या होने पर Supervisor को समय पर बताना।

व्यक्तिगत गुण

टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता।
जिम्मेदार और समय का पाबंद।
रिकॉर्ड सही तरीके से बनाए रखना।

महत्वपूर्ण सूचना

कंपनी की जरूरत के अनुसार जिम्मेदारियों में बदलाव हो सकता है। किसी भी बदलाव की जानकारी Supervisor, VC Manager या HR द्वारा दी जाएगी।
