Job Description

  • Installation, commissioning, testing and servicing of deburring and polishing machines at customer sites.

  • Attend machine breakdowns and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical issues.

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.

  • Identify machine faults and carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Handle machine assembly, alignment, calibration and performance testing.

  • Provide technical support to customers and resolve service-related complaints.

  • Train customers/operators regarding machine operation, maintenance and safety procedures.

  • Coordinate with the Production, Design, Sales and Service teams for technical issues.

  • Prepare service reports, maintenance reports and customer visit reports.

  • Identify required spare parts and coordinate for replacement/availability.

  • Maintain proper documentation of machine installation, service and breakdown activities.

  • Travel to customer locations as required for installation, servicing and troubleshooting.
