Service engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial deburring and polishing machinery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and install machinery at customer sites.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of machines.

• Diagnose technical issues and repair mechanical/electrical faults.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

• Conduct machine testing and ensure proper performance after installation or repair.

• Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.

• Coordinate with the production and technical teams for machine improvements.

• Train customers/operators on machine operation and maintenance.

• Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed during service activities.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Experience in machine servicing, maintenance, or industrial equipment handling preferred.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.

• Willingness to travel for customer support and machine installation.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Freshers with strong technical skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of deburring, polishing, grinding, or automation machinery.

• Basic understanding of PLCs, motors, and control panels.

• Hands-on approach with strong analytical skills.

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
