Service engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Service Engineer Trainee to join our technical team. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals seeking to gain hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and systems. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers and will gradually take on responsibilities with increasing independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment/machines at client sites.

• Support troubleshooting and repair activities under supervision.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Respond to customer queries and provide technical support.

• Learn and understand product specifications, manuals, and service procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, QC, R&D) for service support.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all field activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

• Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
