Position Overview:
We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our Solar Sales Department in Jharkhand. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, installation, maintenance, and after-sales service of solar products. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar systems (inverters, batteries, and other components).

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in solar products.

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service.

• Maintain proper service records, documentation, and reports.

• Handle warranty claims, replacements, and service escalations.

• Conduct training/demonstrations for customers and local partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in solar installation/service (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).

• Knowledge of solar inverters, batteries, and controllers.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel within Jharkhand as required.

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
