Job Description: Service Engineer – Solar Sales Department

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer for our Solar Sales Department. The role involves providing field service support for solar panel systems, electrical equipment, inverters, and batteries.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation, servicing, and maintenance of solar panels and related equipment.

2. Troubleshooting and repairing inverters, batteries, and electrical components.

3. Conduct field visits across Odisha for service and customer support.

4. Maintain service reports and update documentation in ERP.

5. Provide technical guidance to customers and ensure proper system functioning.

6. Coordinate with the sales and support teams for timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

• Basic knowledge of solar systems and electrical equipment.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel anywhere in Odisha for work.

• Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply.

Job Location: All over Odisha
