Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of Lithium Batteries, Inverters, and Power Backup Systems at customer sites.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site / remote support to ensure smooth functioning of products.

• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostic checks, and repair work to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

• Coordinate with the service team and maintain proper documentation of service reports, installation logs, and failure analysis.

• Educate customers on product usage, best practices, and safety guidelines.

• Maintain service tools, equipment, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and quality service.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in battery installation, inverter connection, wiring, and load management.

• Good knowledge of battery safety, testing tools, multimeters, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Ability to diagnose faults independently and resolve issues efficiently.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
