Provide on-site and remote technical support for welding and cutting equipment installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults in machinery and recommend effective solutions. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as per service schedule and customer requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of service issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Train and guide junior engineers and technicians when required.
Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all jobs.
Provide feedback to the R&D and production teams on field issues for continuous product improvement.
