2. Maintenance and Repair: Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing elevators to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
3. Customer Service: Responding to customer complaints and issues, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Technical Support: Providing technical support and training to customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
