Service engineer

• Customer support: Responding to service requests, providing on-site or remote technical assistance, and communicating with clients to resolve issues.

• Documentation: Documenting all service activities, creating service reports, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and customer interactions.

• Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as sales and engineering, to address customer needs and provide technical feedback.
