Role 1: Piping Design Engineer (Stress & Materials)

We are looking for sharp, analytical Piping Design Engineers who don’t just follow blueprints—they engineer solutions for massive, complex industrial facilities. From high-value global energy plants to emerging clean-tech initiatives, your calculations will form the backbone of next-generation infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Crack the Code: Conduct high-level, independent pipe stress analysis for critical lines using CAESAR II to ensure system integrity under extreme conditions.

• Be the Technical Mastermind: Own the Piping Material Specifications (PMS), select appropriate materials, and prepare Valve Data Sheets and technical procurement data.

• Bridge the Gap: Review Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and coordinate closely with Process, Civil/Structural, and Procurement disciplines.

• Lead Layout Safety: Approve equipment layouts, nozzle orientations, and custom piping support designs alongside the 3D modeling team.

• Master the Standards: Put your deep knowledge of ASME B31.3, B31.1, ASME Section VIII, and API codes to work on world-class projects.

Who You Are

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of rock-solid experience within an EPC or engineering consulting environment.

• Software Skills: A CAESAR II wizard who loves technical problem-solving and layout optimization.

Role 2: Piping Designer (3D Plant Modeling)

If you view 3D plant modeling as an art form, this is your stage. We are hunting for top-tier Piping Designers who are masters of spatial design. You won't just be routing pipes; you will be building massive, integrated digital twins of complex industrial facilities using the industry’s most advanced software platforms.

What You Will Do

• Build Worlds in 3D: Own the routing, equipment modeling, and pipe rack layouts inside premium design platforms.

• Become the Clash Champion: Use Navisworks to aggressively hunt down and resolve multi-discipline clashes before they ever hit the construction site.

• Deliver Perfection: Extract and verify flawless engineering deliverables, including General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), Piping Isometrics, and high-accuracy Bill of Materials (BOM/MTO).

• Innovate Design: Work with cutting-edge tools, design custom piping supports (standard and non-standard), and seamlessly integrate brownfield laser-scan data.

• Collaborate Globally: Actively participate in major 3D model reviews (30%, 60%, 90% stages) with international project teams.

Who You Are

• Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Draftsman.

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on 3D modeling experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Chemical plants.

• Software Skills: High proficiency in at least one premium 3D tool—SP3D, E3D, or PDMS (knowing more than one is a massive plus!) along with AutoCAD and Navisworks.
