Job Title: Service Engineer – Solar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer – Solar to handle the

installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems. The ideal candidate

should have hands-on experience with solar PV systems, inverters, and electrical

components, and be capable of ensuring peak system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Install and commission solar PV systems at residential, commercial, or industrial

sites.

 Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar power systems, including

solar panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring.

 Diagnose and resolve system faults, wiring issues, and equipment failures.

 Conduct regular performance monitoring and system health checks.

 Generate detailed service and maintenance reports.

 Educate clients on system operation, safety protocols, and maintenance tips.

 Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.

 Collaborate with the design and project teams to improve installation quality and

service efficiency.

Requirements:

 Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy

Engineering.

 1–3 years of experience in solar installation, maintenance, or service roles.

 Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters (string & central), batteries, and data

loggers.

 Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams.

 Good understanding of electrical safety standards and local regulations.

 Willingness to travel frequently to different sites.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary Structure: For Experience of Min 2 to 3 Year – 25000 to 30000
