Role Overview Wearelooking for a motivated Service Engineer to join our technical team. This role involves installation, service, and maintenance of ELV products at client sites, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities             Install, configure, and service ELV products such as: o CCTVCameras&Surveillance Systems o Office Automation Products o Audio-Visual (AV) Systems o NetworkingProducts o EPABXSolutions Attend and resolve customer complaints within defined TAT. Conduct preventive maintenance visits and ensure system uptime. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting. Maintain service records and update CRM after each visit. Coordinate with senior engineers and the back-office team for escalations. Requirements Diploma/ITI/Graduate (Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred). Fresher or up to 6 months of relevant experience in technical/field service. 2-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory). Basic understanding of ELV products and networking will be an added advantage. Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach. Willingness to travel across client sites within the city.
