Job Summary:

We are hiring a Service Engineer to handle installation, training, maintenance, and support for MRP printers and packaging machines. The role involves on-site visits, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth customer operations from pre-sales demos to post-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and set up machines at customer sites, provide training.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (on-site/remote).

Conduct machine demonstrations with the Sales team.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

Maintain service records, reports, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with Sales & Logistics for smooth installations.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical (or related).

1–3 years of experience in machine installation/technical support (printing/packaging preferred).

Strong hands-on problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of electrical & mechanical tools and safety.

Willingness to travel for customer site visits.

Good communication skills & basic computer knowledge.
