🏢 JOB OVERVIEW

Our client, a reputed company in the Water & Wastewater Treatment Industry, is looking for technically skilled Service Engineers for Pan-India operations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, servicing and operational support of water and wastewater treatment systems at customer and project sites across India.

Candidates with hands-on experience in RO, Softener, DM, ETP and STP systems will be preferred.

🎓 QUALIFICATION

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline will be an added advantage.
Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment, RO, Softener, DM, ETP or STP installation and commissioning will be preferred.
Candidates with strong practical experience in Water Treatment / Wastewater Treatment Service & Commissioning may also be considered based on their relevant technical skills and experience.

🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out installation and commissioning of RO, Softener, DM, ETP and STP systems.
Conduct service visits, troubleshooting, maintenance and breakdown support at customer sites.
Diagnose operational and technical problems and take appropriate corrective action.
Ensure proper functioning of treatment systems as per technical specifications.
Coordinate with customers, project teams and internal technical departments.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
Prepare service reports, commissioning reports and other technical documentation.
Monitor equipment/process performance and identify operational issues.
Follow company procedures, project requirements and applicable safety standards.
Travel across India for installation, commissioning and service assignments.

💻 REQUIRED SKILLS

Hands-on experience in RO, Softener, DM, ETP and STP installation & commissioning.
Good understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues promptly.
Basic knowledge of water-treatment equipment, piping, pumps and related systems will be an advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently at customer/project sites.

⭐ ADDITIONAL SKILLS – PREFERRED

Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment products and systems.
Awareness of water quality testing and basic water-quality parameters.
Experience in site installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare clear service and commissioning reports.

Have relevant technical/service experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment sector.
Be willing to travel extensively across India.
Be comfortable working at customer and project sites.
Be physically fit and comfortable with field-service responsibilities.

Have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Have a disciplined, responsible and customer-oriented approach.
