. Organizing service visits.

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and resolve the problems Diagnose and

troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer

• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues Provide prompt

and accurate feedback to customers

• Maintain proper report of closure of all issues, Prepare accurate and timely reports and

sharing with concern depts.

• Establishing new business.

• Maintaining accurate records.

• Reviewing service performance.

• Generate New AMC for weighing Scales
