Job Description

  • Install, configure, and commission automation systems (PLC, HMI, Drives, Sensors, Control Panels, etc.)

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and equipment.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites or via remote support.

  • Provide training to clients on machine operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.

  • Create and maintain detailed service reports and training documentation.

  • Support customer queries post-installation and provide on-call technical support when required.

  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Travel to customer sites (local and outstation) for installations, service visits, and training programs
