We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Service Engineer to handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support for our machines. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine performance at customer sites and delivering timely technical service whenever required.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and commission machines at customer locations
Handle machine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
Provide customer support for machine operation and basic training
Attend service calls and resolve complaints within the expected time
Coordinate with the internal technical team for major issues
Maintain service reports, installation records, and complaint logs
Support preventive maintenance activities
Help in machine testing before dispatch when required
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper service support
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical systems
Ability to identify and solve technical problems
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to travel for installation and service work
Basic computer knowledge for reports and communication
Ability to work independently and in coordination with the team
