Job Summary:
A Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or machines. They ensure that systems work properly, handle customer issues, and provide technical support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and set up machines or equipment at customer or company locations
Perform regular maintenance and servicing
Diagnose technical problems and fix faults quickly
Provide on-site and remote support to customers
Maintain service records and reports
Train customers or staff on proper equipment usage
Coordinate with internal teams for technical support
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
