Attend breakdown and service calls at customer sites.
Carry out preventive maintenance and regular servicing of forklifts.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and battery-related issues.
Inspect forklifts and identify faults, wear, and maintenance requirements.
Repair and replace defective components as required.
Perform periodic maintenance as per manufacturer/service schedule.
Conduct safety and operational checks after repair and maintenance.
Maintain proper service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with customers regarding machine issues and service requirements.
Explain machine problems, repair work, and maintenance requirements to customers.
Ensure timely completion of service calls and minimize machine downtime.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for required components.
Follow company safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Maintain service tools, equipment, and company assets properly.
Support installation, commissioning, and machine demonstrations when required.
Report major technical issues to the Service Manager.
