Key Responsibilities:
Conduct induction training for new joiners across departments.
Deliver technical and non-technical training sessions including product knowledge, soft skills, customer handling, SOPs, and DMS usage.
Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business goals.
Develop training content, presentations, and manuals as per OEM and dealership standards.
Organize regular refresher programs for sales, service, and customer care teams.
Coordinate with OEM ( Hyundai ) for certification programs and updates.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Maintain and update training MIS, attendance, and reports for audit and review.
Motivate and mentor team members for performance improvement and skill enhancement.
Support implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines.
