Job Description

Erection, Commissioning & Breakdown Maintenance including Electrical ,Mechanical &Instrumentation

Commissioning & Services of Boilers, T.F. Heaters. Bagfilters, Condensate pumps, PHE etc.

Machine maintenance, problem Troubleshooting & change of machine parts as required.

Executing erection, commissioning, fabrication & assembly according to drawings

Servicing, testing, and fixing of air cylinders and valves.

Providing guidelines on erection and commissioning

Repairing, checking all abnormal activities in the boiler while servicing.

Give Proper guidance to erection work as per the diagram.

Scheduling the preventive and break down maintenance of the equipment

Skilled in managing erection & commissioning activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, fabrication, team building and co-ordination with internal / external departments

Troubleshoot and maintenance various types of pumps, valves, conveyors,(Eg: rotary valve, high pressure pump, centrifugal pump).

Machine maintenance, problem Troubleshooting & change of machine parts as required.
