Service engineer

Field Service Engineer - We are looking for a Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial cleaning machines at customer sites. The role requires strong technical skills, customer handling, and the ability to work independently in the field.

• Travel to customer sites to install and configure products and equipment.
  (e.g., scrubber dryers, vacuum cleaners, high-pressure washers)

• Provide training to customers on product operation and maintenance.

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our products. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers.

• Repair or replace faulty components, ensuring minimal downtime and customer disruption.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including detailed service reports and documentation with pictures or videos in case required

• Offer technical guidance and expertise to customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to address customer needs and improve product performance.

• Provide customer feedback on product issues, critical cases and recommendations for improvement.

• Maintaining service reports and job sheets

• Coordinating with spare parts team for requirements

• Following safety standards during service operations

Who can FIT into the role: 

• Males – with min. 2 years of experience of hands on field service on Industrial equipments

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

• Experience in brands like Kärcher, IPC, Roots, or similar cleaning equipment

• Experience in handling AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

• Electrical knowledge is mandatory. Knowledge of electronics will be added advantage

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to finding solutions.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.

• Conversant with use of Laptops

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record and has own bike

• Have a Dual SIM mobile phone

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
