Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Install, troubleshoot, and maintain solar inverters.

Diagnose technical faults in solar inverters and identify root causes.

-Perform inverter servicing, repair, testing, and preventive maintenance.

-Handle customer service complaints and provide technical support.

-Troubleshoot inverter PCB, wiring, and electrical components, as per technical requirements.

-Conduct site visits for installation, inspection, and repair when required.

-Prepare service reports and maintain records of repairs and maintenance.

-Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.


Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of solar inverters and electrical/electronic systems.

Hands-on experience in inverter servicing, troubleshooting, or repair.

Knowledge of multimeters and other electrical testing instruments.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Solar inverter industry experience will be preferred.
