Service Engineer – Tinting Machines

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for installation, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of tinting machines, UPS systems, and mixers installed at dealers, depots, warehouses, and paint company locations under AMC contracts. The role involves ensuring machine uptime and maintaining defined SLA levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, service, and maintain tinting machines, UPS systems, and mixers.

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and safety checks.

• Diagnose machine issues and carry out necessary repairs and part replacements.

• Maintain spare-parts inventory and ensure required parts are available.

• Plan service and maintenance activities in advance to minimize operational disruptions.

• Work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions from the Team Leader/Supervisor.

• Prepare detailed service and maintenance reports for each machine.

• Carry out overhauling, service campaigns, and repeat-call reduction activities to improve machine performance.

• Close service calls, update spare-part replacements, and record expenses through the mobile application.

• Submit weekly/fortnightly expense statements through the mobile application.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Fitter trade.

• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Freshers: Candidates with relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications can also be considered.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to travel to customer/dealer locations for service calls.

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
