Job Description

Assist senior engineers in installation, commissioning and servicing of UPS, inverters, stabilizers and solar systems.

Visit customer sites for service, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Learn and understand electrical wiring, connections and basic electrical measurements.

Assist in UPS battery installation and maintenance.

Support preventive maintenance and AMC service activities.

Identify basic electrical and equipment-related problems and report them to senior engineers.

Maintain service reports and customer visit records.

Coordinate with customers and provide professional service support.

Follow safety procedures while working at customer locations.

Travel within Hyderabad and nearby locations as required
