Job Description

  • Installation and commissioning of machines at customer locations.

  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of machines.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

  • Handle machine breakdowns and emergency service requirements.

  • Provide machine operation and basic maintenance training to customers.

  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for customer support.

  • Prepare service reports and maintain records of service visits.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective technical support.

  • Travel to customer sites as required for installation and service work.
