Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of filtration and separation machines at client sites.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of systems.
Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
Attend breakdown calls and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Maintain service reports, documentation, and feedback records.
Train customer staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with the production and R&D team for technical improvements and customer feedback.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company service standards.
Travel to various client locations (Defence, Railways, NTPC, Power Plants, etc.) as required.
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
0–1 years of experience in service, maintenance, or commissioning (preferably in industrial machinery or filtration systems).
Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies, electrical panels, and instrumentation.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and handle field challenges.
Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Experience in Defence / Railways / Power sector servicing.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
