Service engineer

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused EV Two-Wheeler Service Executive to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, and repairing electric two-wheelers while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on electric two-wheelers

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults using tools and diagnostic equipment

• Provide on-site and in-workshop support for service and breakdown calls

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of job cards and service reports

• Educate customers on EV maintenance, battery care, and performance optimization

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area

• Coordinate with the parts department for timely availability of spares

• Report recurring issues and provide feedback for product improvement
