Seeking experienced Sr. Engineers / Team Leaders to join our leadership team across several key shop floors. We have openings for the following roles:
Engine Shop (Position Code 101) – You will be the single‐point contact for engine assembly processes, handling PLC logic modifications, sensor calibration, HMI/SCADA controls and ensuring seamless engine build quality.
Machine Shop (Position Code 102) – Oversee maintenance of CNC/lathe/milling machines, coordinate with vendors on hydraulics and pneumatics, perform root‐cause analyses and drive uptime.
TCF (Tool, Cutting & Forging) Shop (Position Code 104) – Lead tool design and upkeep, optimize cutting and forging operations and uphold JIS/ANSI/ISO quality standards.
BIW (Body-in-White) / Body Shop (Position Code 106) – Manage spot welding, riveting and adhesive processes, align fixtures and tooling, and perform rigorous weld‐quality inspections.
Paint Shop (Position Code 107) – Control painting and coating processes, supervise oven curing and spray booths, ensure environmental compliance and troubleshoot paint defects.
Electrical Utility (Position Code 110) – Hold a supervisory electrical license and steer power distribution, DG sets, HVAC systems, switchgear, MCC and UPS maintenance with a strong focus on safety and compliance.
All roles require a BE/B.Tech in the relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics for 101, 102 & 110; Mechanical/Metallurgy for 104; Mechanical/Automotive for 106; Mechanical/Chemical for 107), 4–6 years’ hands-on experience in a heavy-industrial or automotive environment, and proven leadership in team management. You should be adept at preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems, and championing continuous improvement and lean practices.
