We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Service Engineer to provide installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair services for Multifunction Devices (MFDs), including photocopiers and printers.

Key Responsibilities:-

Install, configure and commission multifunction devices.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, printing and scanning issues.
Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs.
Handle customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the stipulated time.
Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service team for spare parts, consumables and technical support.

Eligibility Criteria:-

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or a related technical field.

Experience: Fresher’s and candidates with relevant experience may apply.

Basic knowledge of photocopiers, printers, networking and computer systems is preferred.

Good troubleshooting, communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel to different cities in UP.
