·        Install Interactive Flat Panel Displays (IFPDs) at client sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

·        Conduct initial tests and demonstrations to confirm equipment functionality and provide basic training to users.

·        Provide on-site and remote support for customers experiencing issues with their IFPDs.

·        Handle customer inquiries professionally, walking clients through troubleshooting steps as necessary.

·        Perform routine maintenance on IFPDs to ensure longevity and functionality.

·        Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
