Full Time
Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of screw air compressors.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related compressor issues.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
Maintain and service air dryers, filters, and compressor auxiliaries.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and OEM service guidelines.
PM Kits proposal and Order.
Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of screw air compressors.
Manage and execute Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance for various Product.
Continuously upgrade product knowledge through self-learning and participation in OEM training programs.
Must visit all the client as suggested by the Reporting Manager
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and other service-related activities.
Maintain service reports, feedback forms, and documentation in line with company standards.
Provide Guidance for junior service engineers when required.
Technical knowhow of the Air compressor, Dryer, Chillers, AHU, Vacuum Systems, Gas Generator,
Tools & Tackers, Mechatronics skills, Safety.
