Service engineer

We are looking for a Service engineer to join our team at Amaryllis Appliances India Private Limited to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. In this role, you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits for inspection, installation, and troubleshooting of home appliances

  • Perform duties as a Service Engineer specializing in exhaust and ventilation fans

  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

  • Provide online and remote technical support to diagnose and resolve customer issues

  • Ensure proper installation and functioning of products at customer sites

  • Maintain service reports and update job status regularly

  Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of home appliances, especially exhaust and ventilation systems

  • Basic technical troubleshooting and repair skills

  • Good communication and customer-handling abilities

  • Ability to manage fieldwork and travel within the assigned area

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires excellent knowledge of machinery, electrical and other systems and their components. The candidate must be familiar with reading blueprints, using screwdrivers, hammers and measurement tools.
