Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:

  Architect, design, and develop hydraulic systems, engine components, and related mechanical systems, using CAD and simulation software. 

• Analysis & Simulation:

  Conduct fluid dynamics analysis, perform hydraulic calculations, and use simulation software to validate system performance. 

• Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

  Diagnose and repair hydraulic, engine, electrical, and transmission issues; oversee preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance. 

• Technical Documentation:

  Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and maintain records for engineering projects. 

• Project Management:

  Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, budgets, and provide technical guidance to ensure project success. 

• Compliance:

  Ensure all designs and systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. 

• Testing:

  Perform system and component testing to verify performance and adherence to standards. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 

• Technical Skills:

  • Hydraulics & Fluid Mechanics: Strong understanding of fluid dynamics and mechanics to design and analyze hydraulic systems. 

  • Software Proficiency: Expertise in Computer-Aided Design (CAD), hydraulic modeling software (e.g., MATLAB), and simulation tools. 

  • Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic breakdowns. 

• Soft Skills:

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Communication: Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. 

  • Project Management: Skills in overseeing projects, coordinating with various teams, and managing deliverables.
