Service engineer

Service & Technical Support:

Install, maintain, test, and repair various types of batteries (e.g., lead-acid, lithium-ion, UPS systems, solar batteries).

Conduct site inspections and battery health diagnostics using specialized tools.

Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for battery systems.

Offer technical advice and troubleshooting support to customers on battery-related issues.

Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance work.

Sales & Business Development:

Promote and sell battery products, services, and maintenance contracts to new and existing clients.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new battery technologies.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in battery maintenance/service and/or technical sales.

Strong understanding of battery technologies and their applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
