Job Title : Body Shop Advisor
Department:- Service/ Body Shop
Role:-
A Body Shop Advisor acts as the main point of contact between customers and the body repair workshop. They handle vehicles inspection, explain repair work, prepare estimates, and ensure smooth service delivery with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:-
Great customers and understand vehicle damage/issues.
Inspect vehicles and assess repair requirements
Prepare cost estimates for body repair(denting, painting, etc.)
Explain repair process, timelines, and costs to customers
Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
Ensure timely completion of repair wok
Update customers regularly on job status
Handle insurance claims and documentation (if applicable)
Maintain job cards and service records
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Skills Required:-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of automobile body repair
Customer handling and problem solving ability
Sales and upselling skills(suggesting additional services)
Time management and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge ( MS Excel, CRM system )
