Service advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our BIKEFIX VOC Multi-brand Two-wheeler Servicing Centers at Gajularamaram and Miyapur locations in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing and Maintaining Job Cards for Two Wheelers.

• Billing in DMS and maintaining Stock

• Spare parts issue to the mechanics and maintaining proper records.

• Customer handling and timely updating the customer regarding vehicle status of work.

• Calling customers regarding service dues and Leads follow up and maintaining proper records for to leads and service due reminder follow up data.

• Stock reconciliations and Revenue reconciliations on monthly basis.

• Daily report of flow of vehicles along with status of work.

• Coordinating with mechanics and allocation of vehicles to the mechanics on time to complete the vehicles within agreed time period.

• Perform vehicle trail ride and check the vehicle issues and inform the customer with estimations.

• Reporting stock quantities when reaches MOQ on timely basis.

• Vehicle pickup and drops.

• Handling administration work like maintaining stationary, keep the surroundings clean and handling petty cash.
