We have immediate requirement for Service advisors & Floor Incharge for our Two wheeler servicing center BIKEFIX VOC at Gajularamaram area in Hyderabad.

Service Advisor – Role & Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle issues.

• Inspect the vehicle and prepare job cards.

• Explain required repairs, service packages, and cost estimates.

• Get customer approval before starting work.

• Coordinate with technicians for smooth workflow.

• Update customers about service progress.

• Ensure timely delivery of the vehicle.

• Handle billing and service feedback.

• Maintain service records and follow up for next service.

Skills Required:

• Good communication & customer handling skills

• Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers

• Sales skills (upselling service packages, accessories)

• Problem-solving ability

Floor Incharge – Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise mechanics and assign work.

• Ensure proper repair process and quality control.

• Monitor service timelines and delivery commitments.

• Check tools, equipment, and workshop discipline.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

• Control spare parts usage and avoid wastage.

• Report daily service status to management.

• Handle escalated technical issues.

• Strong technical knowledge

• Time management skills
