Profile- Product Development (Growth Team)

Location- Sector-27 Faridabad

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:30 to 6:30

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support product development and enhancement activities

2. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, procurement) for smooth product rollout

3. Track development timelines, maintain documentation, and follow up on project deliverables

4. Assist in identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements

5. Collect feedback from field/service teams and report insights to the growth/product team

6. Prepare basic reports, presentations, and data tracking sheets
