Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time | Workshop-Based

Openings: Multiple

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day activities in the tractor workshop.

• Allocate jobs to mechanics and monitor timely service completion.

• Ensure quality servicing, repairs, and adherence to company service standards.

• Maintain stock of spare parts, tools, and workshop inventory.

• Handle customer complaints, coordinate with the service team for resolutions.

• Maintain records: job cards, service logs, and warranty tracking.

• Train and guide mechanics on new tractor models and service protocols.

• Generate daily service reports and submit to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male

• Minimum Qualification: ITI/Diploma (Automobile/Mechanical)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in workshop/service supervision preferred

• Skills:

  • Tractor Servicing

  • Auto Parts Repair & Fittings

  • Team Handling & Coordination

  • Job Allocation & Scheduling

  • Basic Computer/Reporting Knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month

• Total Earning Potential: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month
