Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, servicing, and repairs of John Deere tractors.

• Conduct field visits for breakdown and service jobs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.

• Ensure timely and quality servicing to maintain customer satisfaction.

• Maintain service reports, job cards, and update the service database.

• Assist senior technicians and follow workshop protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male

• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass, ITI (Diesel Mechanic or relevant trade preferred)

• Experience: 0 months and above (Freshers and experienced both can apply)

  Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of tractor mechanics

  • Field service handling

  • Repairing and maintenance skills

  • Understanding of service tools and safety standards

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹15,000/month

• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month

• Total Earning Potential: ₹7,000 – ₹25,000/month

Other Requirements:

• Assets: Bike preferred for field visits

• Documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Account

• Language: Basic understanding of Hindi; technical understanding preferred

• Job Location: Indore (Industrial Estate) & nearby service areas
