Job Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair Mahindra vehicles as per company standards.

2. Perform routine maintenance (engine tune-up, oil changes, wheel balancing, etc.).

3. Conduct troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and service manuals.

4. Ensure timely completion of assigned job cards.

5. Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop area.

6. Ensure proper usage of tools and safety equipment.

7. Co-ordinate with Service Advisors and Floor In-charge.

8. Participate in technical training provided by Mahindra.

9. Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
