Mechanic

• Address customer needs and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms                                                                                                                                                                                                        • clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; Accurately capture vehicle damage, Prepare accurate estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles;
 • Prepare repair orders (RO) by listening to the customer's concerns and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required;
• obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system; Invite surveyor for claim approval, Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle
•obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation; Keep customers informed of status of vehicle throughout the service process;

• It is a Full Time Mechanic job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
