WORKING DAYS : Monday to Saturday

 REPORTING : Senior Service Engineer

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Junior Service Engineer will assist in installation, servicing, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance of jewelry machinery at client locations. The role involves learning machine handling, supporting senior engineers during service visits, and maintaining service documentation. This position requires willingness to travel, learn technical processes, and communicate professionally with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

·      Assist in installation and commissioning of jewelry machinery.

·      Support senior engineers during machine repair, calibration, and troubleshooting.

·      Learn machine operation and provide basic user training to customers when required.

·      Maintain service and maintenance records, logbooks, and client visit details.

·      Travel Pan India along with senior engineers for service visits and machine setups.

·      Conduct periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule.

·      Coordinate with clients regarding service appointments and follow-ups.

·      Collect service-related feedback and report issues to Senior Service Engineer.

·      Ensure proper handling of tools, machines, and safety procedures during service tasks

SKILLS REQUIRED:

·      Basic knowledge of mechanical / electrical / electronics systems.

·      Hands-on approach and willingness to learn machinery operation.

·      Ability to work under guidance and follow instructions accurately.

·      Good communication & basic client handling skills.

·      Comfortable with Pan India travel.

·      Good discipline, time management, and responsibility.

ELIGIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION:

·      ITI / Diploma / Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics.

·      0,6 –2 years of experience in machine servicing or technical field (Freshers can apply).

·      Experience in jewelry or automation machinery (Preferred but not mandatory).
