Job Description

  • Installation & Commissioning: Install, align, and commission new hydraulic press machines and associated power packs at client sites.

  • Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Inspect malfunctioning machines to diagnose mechanical failures, hydraulic leaks, structural issues, and pressure drops.

  • Repairs & Overhauls: Repair or replace defective components including hydraulic pumps, directional control valves, cylinders, seals, hoses, and manifolds.

  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil filtration, system pressure calibration, structural alignment checks, and wear-and-tear assessments.

  • Electrical & PLC Integration: Troubleshoot basic electrical control panels, limit switches, and read PLC circuit diagrams related to the press operations.
