Job Description

JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a responsible and experienced individual to oversee and manage the daily operations of our garage. The candidate will be accountable for supervising the garage team, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining smooth workflow within the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and supervise the entire garage team including mechanics, technicians, and support staff.
Allocate daily work, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Ensure job cards are prepared, updated, and maintained on a daily basis without fail.
Maintain proper records of vehicles, repairs, parts usage, and service status.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management on time.
Ensure discipline, safety standards, and proper housekeeping within the garage.
Coordinate with stores/inventory team for spare parts availability.
Monitor quality of work and ensure customer satisfaction.
