Carry out assembly and installation of EOT crane components as per site requirements
Inspect and identify faults in gearbox, wire rope, hook block, brakes, wheels, and crane structure
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of crane mechanical systems
Troubleshoot and rectify issues related to crane movement, lifting, and alignment
Ensure proper lubrication and greasing of crane parts for smooth operation
Replace worn-out components such as bearings, wire ropes, brake liners, and couplings
Assist in load testing and operational checks of cranes
Follow safety procedures while working at height and on crane structures
Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to the supervisor
Support team members and guide helpers during maintenance work
